16 Mins. to complete 3 Rounds of:

DB Floor Press x 15/arm
Rest 30 seconds
DB Turkish Get-Up x 1/side
Rest 30 seconds
Ring (or regular) Plank x 30-60 seconds
Rest 60 seconds

Use a DB weight where the last 5 reps of the floor press are very challenging. Use same DB for the Turkish Get-Up or reduce weight if needed to keep stable overhead.
