Alternating EMOM 24′ (6 rounds):

1- 80 ft. (2 lengths) Heavy Sled Push OR 40 sec. AirDyne @ 65+ RPMs (alternate by round)
2- 40 sec. Battle Ropes
3- 20 Alt. DB Snatch (AHAP)
4- 40 sec. Parallette Jump-Overs

Start on any station, rotate through in order.
