As we’ll note in class, the Open is a great opportunity to test out where you are and challenge yourself! If you can perform Toes to Bar (even if singles, or slowly), we challenge you to attempt this workout as prescribed (Rx) to see how far you can get! If not, scale to Hanging Knee Raises and any other modifications needed.
