Strength
Push Press (5 x 5 @ 80% of 1RM)
Every 3 minutes for 5 rounds: perform 5 reps at 80% of 1RM. Those without a 1RM can perform 5×5 at a moderate weight or ascending (consult with coach)
Conditioning
AMRAP 8 minutes:
10 Box Jumps (24/20, no rebounding) (may scale to step-ups or lower jumps)
10 Push-Ups (scale as needed to achieve full ROM)
200m Run
Optional but Encouraged Mobility Cash-Out:
Couch Stretch – 2-3 min per side
