25 Minutes to find today’s 3RM Back Squat in 6 or 7 working sets as follows (percentages all based off of your estimated/actual 1RM)
Set 1 – 1 x 5 @ 50%
Set 2 – 1 x 5 @ 60%
Set 3 – 1 x 3 @ 70%
Set 4 – 1 x 3 @ 80%
Set 5 – 1 x 3 @ 85%
Set 6 – Test 3RM
Set 7 (optional) – Exceed Set 6 weight
