20-30 second Chin Over Bar Hold (add weight or use foot assistance as needed)*
5 Cossack Squats / side (option to add weight or use rig for assistance if needed)

Rest 60 seconds between rounds

*Use different grip each time: pronated, supinated, mixed both sides
