Ladder AMRAP — as far as you can go in 12 minutes:
3 OH Squats (95/65)
3 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
1 Sled Push (one-way)
6 OH Squats
6 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
1 Sled Push
9 OH Squats
9 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
1 Sled Push
… continue in this pattern, adding 3 reps each round to OHS and CTB Pull-Ups.
Score is # of Sled Pushes completed (i.e. rounds) plus any additional reps. Sled weight should be moderate — speed should be relatively fast.
