Strength

Push Jerk (5×3 @ same weight)

Add 5-10 lbs from last push jerk cycle (sets of 5)

Conditioning

“Ana Lucía”

AMRAP 14 Minutes:

1 Rope Climb (scale to 3 Get-Ups/Lowers)
5 Slam Ball Squat Cleans (heaviest possible)
10 Raised Lateral Jumps (parallette or bar w/ plates)
15 Push-Ups (chest to floor — scale as needed to get full ROM)
20 Tuck-Ups (stay hollow throughout)

POST-WOD MOBILITY (4 mins):
Lax Ball against rack – 1st Rib Mobilization (1 min per side) and Pec Smash (1 min per side)
