-HS Walk toward Wall
-Assisted Handstand Walk (partner holds legs or PVC)

WOD

“Air Bag”

For Time (20′ CAP):

1200m Run (as 3x400m)

Then, 2 Rounds of:
40 Deadlifts (105/75)
30 Burpees
20 Push Press (105/75)

Then, 100 Double-Unders
