Active Recovery / Deadlift Prep

Alternating EMOM for 20′ (4 rounds):
1- 80 ft. Bear Walk
2- 8-12 Burpees
3- 8-12 KB Swings
4- 8-12 Goblet Squats
5- Deadlift x 5 reps (build from ~30-60% of your 1RM over the 4 sets)

Strength

Deadlift (10 x 3 @ 60-65% 1RM)

Every 90 seconds, for 10 rounds: 3 perfect reps @ 60-65% of your 1RM

Cool-Down

Spend 5-10 minutes foam rolling any sore areas
