Box Pike HSPU 

3 sets of 8-10 reps at 20X1 tempo

Scale: Lower box or stacked plates (or practice holding pike position, add 1-2 ab mats, or no push-up)
Challenge: Higher box and/or paralettes for deficit

400m Farmer’s Carry (moderately heavy)

200m Farmer’s Carry (heavier)
200m Run
100m Farmer’s Carry (heaviest)

May use KBs or DBs – ascend as distance decreases, record weights to comments
