Conditioning Partner WOD
Partner “Kelly”
With a partner, both working at the same time on opposite movements, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
Partner A: 600m Run
Partner B: 30 Wall Balls (20/14) + 30 Box Jumps (24/20)
Both partners must always finish their portion before tagging to switch.
Counting rounds: The above is ONE round. When both partners have done each movement, that is TWO rounds. Count total rounds + reps completed as a team. On the last round, include the # of wall balls/box jumps completed (run does not count toward additional reps).
Cool-Down
Pigeon Pose on Box – 1-2 mins. per side
Calf Stretch – 1-2 mins. / leg
