Skill/Warm-up

Deadlift

Technique review & build to working weight for WOD. Perform 5-7 reps E2MOM for 10-12 minutes:

Set 1: 40% 1RM
Set 2: 45% 1RM
Set 3: 50% 1RM
Set 4: 55% 1RM
Set 5: 60% 1RM
Set 6: 65% 1RM
Set 7: 70% 1RM

Conditioning

5 Rounds for Time (10′ CAP):

5 Deadlifts (275/185)
10 Bar-Facing Burpees

Deadlift weight should be heavy, but you should be able to complete all 5 unbroken and with good form. Suggested: 60-70% of 1RM

Cash-Out / Cool Down

10-15 Barbell Ab Roll-Outs, then 2+ mins Downward/Upward Dog
