Congratulations to everyone who tackled the classic CrossFit WOD “Grace” yesterday, whether for the first or fifth time, as Rx’ed or Scaled! Unfortunately the screenshot can only fit 12 men and women but EVERYONE did a great job at finishing under our target 8 Min. cap! We will look to test this WOD again within the next 6 months.
Gymnastics/Midline
Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes (8 sets):
Sets 1-4:
30-45-second Wall-Facing HS Hold
Sets 5-8:
30-45-second Hollow Hold
Conditioning
3 x 1000m Row for Time
At the 0:00, 10:00, and 20:00 (second wave if needed goes on the 5:00, 15:00, and 25:00):
1000m Row for Time
Record your time (per the erg’s performance monitor) for each 1000m.
NOTE: If your time on your first 1000m is slower than 4:30 (or you anticipate it being so), scale to 800m. This is important both so that you can get the right work-rest ratio and you can share the machines effectively.
