Strength & Conditioning

Every 90 seconds, for 15 rounds:

1 Power Snatch + 5 Overhead Squats

Start light and build over the 15 sets. Record heaviest set(s), list weights to comments


400m Suitcase Carry for Time

May use KB or DB.
Rx Men: 50# or up
Rx Women: 35# or up

Switch arms as desired


Spend ~5 minutes smashing lats and T-spine (foam roller and/or lax ball)
