Saturday August 29th: 8:30-10 am WOD “Other CrossFit Total” followed by farewell to Rupert Potluck brunch

Strength

1) Jerk Drive Complex (warm-up then 5 sets, ascending)

2 Jerk Drives + 1 Power Jerk
1 complex = 1 rep

2) Clean Pull (warm-up, then 5×2 (same weight all sets))

@ max clean weight or heavier

Conditioning

AMRAP 15 minutes:

7 Power Cleans (135/95)

5 Push Press

3 Push Jerk

200m Run / 250m Row

*Same weight for all barbell movements and for entire 15 min*

There should be a clear difference between your push press and push jerk!
