2) Don’t forget, Barbell class is now offered both Mon and Wed at 7:30pm. All members / experience levels are welcome! Barbell is a great supplement to your regular CrossFit WODs and is a good opportunity to focus on improving your Olympic lift technique.
Strength (superset 2 lifts)
1) Push Jerk (warm-up, then 5×3 (ascending weight))
New strength cycle! Record your starting working weight to comments so you know where to start next week.
2) Clean Pull (warm-up, then 5×2 (same weight all sets))
@ max clean weight or heavier
Conditioning
3 Rounds:
AMRAP in 2 minutes of
8 Deadlifts (115/85)
8 Power Cleans (115/85)
*Rest 1 minute between rounds*
Same weight for both barbell movements for all rounds. Record total reps for each round – try to stay as consistent as possible
