“Dead Bolt”

Alternating EMOM 12′ (4 rounds):

1) 50-70 Double-Unders
2) 7 Touch-and-Go Deadlifts (AHAP)
3) 2 Rope Climbs

Ascend the DL weight by round as able. Score is the combined weight used for your lightest and heaviest rounds (for example, 155 + 205 = 360)
