“One Fine Day”

3 Rounds, each for time:

Row 500m
15 Burpee Box-Overs (24/20)
100 Meter Heavy Farmer Carry (rail and back)
400m Run

Rest 2 minutes between rounds. Record time for each round.

Cash-Out

21-15-9 (seconds) of:
Chin over Bar Hold (any grip)
Static Ring Hold
L-Sit Hold

Aim for straight holds if possible, otherwise accumulate
