Our Rock the Creek Relay performers after Sunday’s race! Both Inner Loop teams did awesome — congratulations to everyone and thanks for representing IL so well!

Conditioning

AMRAP 16 Minutes:

12 Clean & Jerks
Rest 1 minute

Score is total # reps completed. Record starting/ending weights to comments.

Rx: Start at 95/65 and increase by 10 lbs each round
Rx+: Start at 135/95 and increase by 10 lbs each round

Scaling options include starting at lower weight, increasing in smaller increments, or staying at same weight for multiple sets. Newer athletes can perform push press instead of jerk.
