Noon class post-WOD with the newest MacDermott family member!

Strength WOD

“Dead Set”

Every 4 minutes, for 20 minutes (5 Rounds):

Deadlift x 7 reps
200m Easy Row

Goal is to lift 5 heavy sets of 7 reps, with good form and controlled descents, without reaching failure on any set. Record weight used for EACH of the 5 rounds — the sum will be your WOD score — and record your HEAVIEST set(s) separately, for benchmarking.


50 Burpees for Time
