Strength WOD

Squat Clean (5 x 1.1.1)

20 minutes to complete 5 sets of 3 single reps (i.e., drop bar then quick reset – under 10 seconds – for next rep)

First set at 65-70% 1RM Clean – increase slowly across the 5 sets.

You should be resting 3-4 mins. between all sets.


4 sets:
Plank on Forearms x 45-second hold (add plate(s) to back if this feels easy)
Rest as needed between sets
