Back Squat (Heavy 10-8-6-4-2 )

30 Mins. to complete

Warm-Up Sets:
3 x 10 build to first working set

Working Sets (5):
10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps, 2 reps — rest 3-4 mins. between sets — all sets should be heavy for that number of reps. Record final set of 2

Cash-Out

For total reps:

Tabata Back Squats (45/35)

Should be full-depth – scale to air squats if needed

Cool-Down

Optional but highly suggested-
Quad Foam Rolling / Barbell Smash
