“Triple Crown”

3 Rounds of 6:00 work, 3:00 rest

In each 6:00 interval, complete:
50 Double-Unders
20 Clean & Jerks (95/65)
20 Burpees
In remaining time: Max American KB Swings (53+/35+)

Score: Record number of KB Swings completed for each of the 3 rounds

Rx+: 75 DUs and C&J at 115+/85+ (must make it to KBS all 3 rounds)
