Olympic Lifting – Technique & Strength

 3-Position Snatch

Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes: perform 1 complex (1 snatch each starting from high-hang, hang, and floor). Quick reset between each rep of the complex. Build in weight over the 10 sets, record heaviest successful complex

75 Wall Balls for Time (20/14 to 10’/9′ targets)

Scale ball weight if you can’t hit targets consistently or meet movement standards

STRICT 4 MINUTE CAP – record # reps completed if you don’t finish
