EMOM 4′:
4 Front Squats + 4 Push Press + 4 Burpees

REST 1′

EMOM 4′:
5 Front Squats + 5 Push Press + 5 Burpees

Score = weight used
Rx = make all reps for every interval, all three EMOMs at that weight
