21 Thrusters (95/65)
21 Pull-Ups
18 Squat Snatch (95/65)
18 Pull-Ups
15 Thrusters
15 Pull-Ups
12 Squat Snatch
12 Pull-Ups
9 Thrusters
9 Pull-Ups
6 Squat Snatch
6 Pull-Ups
3 Thrusters
3 Pull-Ups
Same weight for both barbell movements.
Scaling:
Volume – start at Round of 18 (skip 21s)
Pull-Ups – ring rows, jumping pull-ups, other (coaches’ discretion)
Squat Snatch – perform as Power Snatch + OHS (if able) or just Power Snatch
Cool-Down
200m Easy Jog
Foam Roll or Lax Ball Lats – 2-3 mins/side
