3 Position Snatch (1 each from power, hang, floor)
Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes (10 total sets): perform 1 complex of 3 snatches. Quick reset between each rep of the complex.
If you have a 1RM Snatch-
2 sets each @ 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%
If you don’t have a 1RM Snatch or good estimate- start light and build gradually- at least 2 sets at same weight before changing
