Strength

Snatch Complex  (12 mins to complete 6-10 quality reps)

1 Snatch Pull + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 OHS (pause for 3 seconds at bottom of squat)

Conditioning

Partner WOD: Double 100s

For Time:

Each partner completes 100 Burpees and 100 Russian KB Swings, clock stops when both partners are finished. May complete the reps in any order but only one person may work at a time, switch when desired.

SCALE to 50 or 75 reps of each, as appropriate.
