Snatch Complex (1 complex every 2 mins for 12 mins)

Each complex = 1 Power Snatch (from floor) + 1 OHS + 1 Hang Squat Snatch. Ascend weight if form is good on all movements.

Conditioning

EMOM 16 minutes (4x through this sequence):

Min 1: 8 Power Snatch (for weight – may ascend by round if desired)
Min 2: 15 Ball Slams
Min 3: 10 Calorie Air Dyne (Rx+: 12)
Min 4: Rest
