“Fifth Wheel”

With a running clock, on the 0:00, 4:00, 8:00, 12:00, and 16:00, perform for time:

250m Row
15 Wall Balls (20/14 to 10’/9′)
15 Box Jump-Overs (24/20″)

Each of the 5 rounds are as fast as possible, rest in remaining time. Look at clock to get your time for each round, record only your SLOWEST round as your score.
