Clean Complex (1 complex EMOM 12 minutes)

1 squat clean starting from power position/high-hang (no re-dip), followed by 1 squat clean starting from top of knee/hang position

Conditioning

AMRAP 10 minutes:

2 Bar Muscle-Ups (scale: Jumping Bar MUs, from box if needed)
4 Handstand Push-Ups (scale: from box, or seated DB press)
8 Russian KB Swings
