Conditioning
Alternating EMOM 16′ (4 rounds) (no measure):
1- 15/12 Cal Ski or Bike (alternate by round)
2- 20 (total) Walking Lunge Steps w/ DBs (heavy)
3- 30 sec. Wall-Facing Handstand Hold OR 1 min. Walking Practice
4- 50 Double-Unders OR 1 min. DU practice
Strength WOD
Hang Snatch + OHS (8 x 2)
2 reps of Hang Snatch (try to catch in bottom of squat) + 1 OHS. Hold onto bar for both reps.
EMOM for 4′ (4 sets) – 50-70% of best snatch
E2MOM for 8′ (4 sets) – 70% and up, but not to failure
