1) 10 Front Squats (from floor – start at ~60%, ascend by round and record weight used for 5th round of 10)
2) 35 Double-Unders
3) 20 sec. unbroken Hanging L-Sit Hold (scale: accumulate 20 seconds, or Hanging Knee-Raise Hold)

AMRAP 5′:

Alternating DB Plank Rows (each arm = 1 rep)

Rx: 2x 35’s or up / 2x 20’s or up
