Conditioning

“Head in the Game”

EMOM 30′:

5 Wall Balls (20/14 to 10′ everyone)
3 Burpees
1 Power Clean (suggested: 75-80% 1RM)

Record weight used for Power Cleans as your score.

Select “Rx” if you make all 30 intervals, perform wall balls as prescribed including full-depth squat and wall target, and perform all PCs at the same weight

Cool-Down

Straddle Against Wall, 3+ mins
