A) Hang Power Clean & Push Jerk (2x (10-8-6-4-2))

Running clock to 17 minutes:

0:00-7:00: Completed 10-8-6-4-2 unbroken reps (start at 40% for set of 10, and build – manage rest accordingly)

7:00-10:00: REST

10:00-17:00: Repeat sequence — goal is to go a little heavier on each set than the first round
