Conditioning

EMOM for 8 minutes

6-10 Burpees
Pick number and stick to it. First round should take approx. 30 seconds at full effort.

Strength

Back Squat (3 x 5 Linear progression, add 5 lbs from last week)

Be sure to get in 2-3 warm-up sets before starting your 3 working weight sets
