Partner WOD

“Maximize”

5:00 stations (rounds) / 2:00 rest in between

One person working while other rests, but each athlete cannot work for more than 1:00 at a time and partners must use same machine/rope/bike.

Start on any station, rotate in order:

1- Max Calorie Ski Erg
2- Max Calorie Bike Erg
3- Max Rope Climbs*
4- Max Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24/20)

Record number of calories/reps completed, as a pair, for each of the 4 stations.

*Rope Climb scaling options:
-Floor to Standing Get-Ups
-Half Climbs
-Jump to Foot Clamp with 10-sec Hold
