Welcome to Inner Loop Coach Mike Riva!

Meet Coach Mike Riva! We will be welcoming Mike, a seasoned Coach, to CrossFit Inner Loop today. Mike graduated from the Naval Academy Prep School and studied exercise science at the University of South Carolina. He has found that CrossFit delivers the highest return on his performance, and is passionate about sharing this knowledge with others. We are lucky Mike will be joining us, he is a wealth of knowledge and an incredible coach.
