CrossFit is Medicine

HSA/FSA accounts were created to allow you to use pretax money to pay for expenses incurred primarily for the prevention or alleviation of a physical or mental defect or illness.

CrossFit has teamed up with Truemed to provide its affiliated gyms the opportunity for their members to receive Letters of Medical Necessity (LMN) for their gym memberships.

The process to receive your LMN from Truemed is fairly simple. 

1. Complete an online health questionnaire.

2. Pay a one-time fee of $30 to Truemed for their service.

3. Truemed will determine if you are eligible for a LMN for your gym membership. 

The LMN letter is valid for one year. 

You will need to reapply for the LMN annually.
