As a seasoned fitness professional, Rachel fell in love with CrossFit from the moment she tried it – she loved the scalability and the variability. She has worked with all levels of athletes, from those looking for general fitness to those training for a specific event. Rachel believes a positive outlook helps her clients achieve their goals, and she fosters a positive training environment to help clients overcome self-doubt and achieve their full potential.
