Program Description

CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for 12 to 18 year olds that combines age-appropriate weight lifting and bodyweight movements with high-intensity training to improve fitness. Our goal is to establish a lifetime love of fitness, boost participant's self esteem, and build physical and mental fortitude to help our teens tackle any obstacle thrown their way, in or out of the gym. 


Classes meet on Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm - 8:00pm. 

Teens engage in age-appropriate workouts that enhance strength, agility, and endurance through functional movements
Learn proper lifting techniques, gymnastics skills, and cardiovascular conditioning under the guidance of experienced coaches
Achieve personal growth and confidence as teens conquer challenges, set goals, and witness progress in their fitness journey
Join a supportive community of peers who inspire and motivate each other to push limits, celebrate achievements, and foster lifelong friendships
